New Construction – 11,917 SF on Existing Campus
This BGW Life Pointe Church project involved the construction of a new worship center on the church’s existing 4.5 acre property. It also included the removal of a number of portable classrooms that were more than 30 years old and had fallen into disrepair, repurposing of existing classrooms, and the addition of 48 new parking stalls adjacent to the new facility. The new facility opens to a courtyard that offers easy access to the children’s ministry buildings with secure check-in areas and outdoor playground.
The new worship facility features a 500+ seat sanctuary with a raised platform area of nearly 900 SF, a baptistry, large backstage area with a green room and storage space, a baby nursing / crying room, and state of the art audio, video and lighting capabilities. The expansive lobby / “3rd space” will provide a main hub for social gatherings before and after worship and for activities throughout the week. It features a coffee bar, welcome / connections kiosk and casual seating areas.
