New Construction – 21,280 SF Additions & 15,000 SF Remodel

This project involved the addition of a new 1,140 seat worship center and expansive multi-use lobby / third place gathering area as well as newly renovated children and student spaces on the lower level. The new worship space will double Center Pointe’s current seating capacity and features state-of-the art audio/ video and lighting capabilities with dedicated video suite, A/V room and broadcast room. The new entrance and lobby space encompasses 10,422 SF and includes a café and an in-floor baptistry / fountain. The multi-use lobby space also features a visitors information / connections booth and intimate seating areas throughout, as well as a multi-use private meeting room.
