We have designed 1,000+ churches and Christian schools across 47 U.S. States and 3 foreign countries since 1998. Our firm has experienced tremendous growth in recent years and as a result we’re seeking qualified candidates to join our team.

- Employee Owned – The first day you begin working at BGW you become an owner in a 25 year old business that holds one of the largest market shares in Evangelical Christian ministry design. As an owner, the quality of the work you do directly impacts the value of the company that you own.

Most BGW employees regularly ski, mountain bike, hike, hunt, snowshoe, rock climb or fly fish – All of which can be done within 15-20 minutes of our office. If you enjoy the thought of an active outdoor lifestyle, chances are there is a local guide who will be working right next to you! Be careful, once you move to Utah it’s very hard to leave!
