Mark Senseman

Vice President, Ministry Development - Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee

Mark Senseman lives in Brownsburg Indiana with his wife Patt and children Blake and Paige. He serves as the Ministry Development Officer for Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. He is a 1988 graduate of Anderson University in Anderson Indiana. He likes to play golf in the summer and is somewhat of a foodie – he loves trying to create new recipes he finds in his favorite restaurants. In his role, he connect with church leaders to help their church grow. CDF Capital delivers financial, leadership, and spiritual capital to ensure the church is resourced well. Having a career in both business and ministry allows him to best see how to help a church.


Jim Marr

Vice President, Ministry Development - Oregon, Idaho, Washington and Northern California

Jim Marr lives in Beaverton, Oregon with his wife and 2 sons. He is a graduate of George Fox University and has over 20 years of professional experience in corporate financial planning, accounting, and litigation consulting. Jim enjoys spending time in the beauty of God’s creation with his family and friends on backpacking, hiking, camping, and road trips. His life has been transformed by God through actively serving in his local church as a volunteer in a variety of ministries. Jim’s role at CDF Capital allows him to leverage his financial acumen while partnering with growing churches in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Northern California.

Roger Kitzmiller

Regional Vice President, Christian Financial Resources

Roger has served in ministry for eight years as Executive Pastor of First Christian Church in Canton, OH and Journey Christian Church in Apopka, FL and also served for twenty-two years in public Educational Administration. For the past two years he has helped churches Fund Ministry and Change Lives by serving as the regional representative for Christian Financial Resources (CFR). CFR has funded over $1 billion of church projects during the past 42 years and currently has over 360 loans to churches nationwide, totaling over $636 million, where hundreds of thousands of people attend and thousands of people have given their lives to Jesus. Roger’s ministry and leadership experience enables him to guide church leaders through the challenging process of financial stability during times of construction and ministry growth.


Kent Fillinger

Regional Vice President (OH, MI)

Kent joined the CFR team in November 2018 after eight years working in development and fundraising at CMF International. Before that, Kent served on the ministry staffs of churches ranging in size from 250 to 3,700 in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Kent writes monthly for Christian Standard magazine and also writes for Leadership Network. He is a proud Buckeye native and has a BA in Bible & Christian Ministry and a MA in Theological Studies from Cincinnati Christian University. Kent and his three awesome daughters, Leah, Norah, and Kara, live in Brownsburg, Indiana where they attend Connection Pointe Christian Church.


Jerod Walker

Senior Regional Vice President (IL, MN, WI)

In 2018, Jerod came to CFR from a leading church software provider. Jerod began serving as a pastor at the age of 19 while attending Central Christian College of the Bible in Moberly, Missouri, where he received his BA in Christian Ministries and Missions. Though an Illinois native, as an Army brat he lived in Arizona, Texas, California, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Germany. Jerod has been a children's pastor, family ministries pastor, and lead pastor. In 2011, he started Legacy Christian Church in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Jerod and his Wisconsin-native wife, Joanne, were married in 1997. They live in Germantown, Wisconsin with their six children.
