69-Acre Campus Master Plan & Redevelopment

BGW Architects and Schifferer Built Construction worked with the leadership of Arizona Christian University on a bold master plan for their new campus in Glendale, AZ. Their new site is the former home of The Thunderbird School of Global Management, increasing their campus size from about 20 acres to nearly 69 acres and from 150,000 square feet of buildings to nearly 500,000. In addition, ACU will now have a number of new revenue sources that will come from an on-campus hotel, conference services, retail leases, and the campus store.
