Corey is a licensed general contractor with over 16 years experience in the construction industry. Prior to founding Legacy, Corey served as the Vice President of Construction for a large Atlanta based investment firm. Throughout his career, Corey has managed commercial new construction & renovation projects, hospitality renovations, residential single family homes, both custom and production development, multi-family and land development. Corey is an active member of his local church, Highlands Church in Cumming, GA and in 2024 his company broke ground on a 14,000 SF youth ministry addition at the church.
Hogan Construction – Greenville, SC: Serving BGW Clients throughout the state of South Carolina as well as Georgia and Western NC, Hogan is an organization that cares deeply about the communities in which they live and work. They take pride in maintaining relationships with subcontractors and vendors to promote a positive collaboration for a successful project delivered on time and within budget. Hogan brings a wealth of experience and a portfolio that includes a broad range of commercial and non-profit projects.

Chris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the construction industry. He spent the first 15 years of his career as a Project Manager, including 8 years with York Construction Company and 7 years with Manhattan Constructon Company. Chris joined Hogan Construction as Vice President in 2009, offering general contracting, construction management and design-build services throughout South Carolina and the surrounding states. He attended The Citadel from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
