Financially Sustainable Church – 60,000 SF New Worship Center with Childcare Facility
This new worship facility was designed to accommodate a church-operated child care facility and event center that will utilize the building throughout the week. Oak & Lily Academy offers programs for ages 6 weeks to 24 months, and preschool classes for ages 2 years old through 4 years old. The childcare features an indoor playground, children’s activity area, classroom spaces tailored for specific age groups and secure access points. The event center, called Hub 757, offers flexible function space seven days a week for weddings, banquets, meetings and more.
The highlight of the facility is a huge lobby complete with café, lounge and intimate seating areas throughout. The beautiful sanctuary has a performance platform with a triple-screen video backdrop, full AVL package, wood plank accent walls and stadium style seating. The youth room has a casual stadium-style setting with carpeted-tiered seating, video walls, and open gathering space. Outdoor spaces were also amphitheater, patio space, and landscaped grassy area with park benches and play area.
