Josh is a licensed architect and member of the Executive Team at BGW. He brings nearly 25 years of experience in project management and design development. As the Team Leader for Final Design, he oversees a staff of architects, drafters and designers that work with clients through construction documents, permitting and construction administration.
Josh is skilled in managing the entire design integration process, from foundation consultants to acousticians, and is the lead architect on our largest and most complex projects. He is well versed in building code, planning and entitlement, structural integration, intensive remodel and building reuse, accessible design and developing creative solutions to complex design problems. Josh also has extensive experience working with ministries through the preliminary design phase, having completed more than 35 design charettes.

Ned joined BGW in 2008 after earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture from Judson University. In 2011, he earned his Master of Architecture Degree from The University of Utah. Since that time, Ned has managed projects all across the U.S., overseeing designers, job captains and drafters to generate AutoCAD based construction documents. As a result, he has developed a diverse expertise in managing projects through the final design and construction stages and working with difficult local ordinances, entitlements and permitting.

Adrian joined BGW in 1998 and is the longest tenured employee with the company. As a Project Manager on the Final Design Team, Adrian oversees designers and drafters throughout the development of construction documents and manages projects in coordination with local general contractors during the permitting and construction stages. Adrian has worked with ministry and school clients all across the country and has developed an expertise in managing projects with difficult local ordinances, entitlements and permitting.
Adrian and his wife Raichelle have 7 Children. He enjoys hunting, camping and gardening. He also serves as a teaching pastor at Alpine Church in Riverdale, UT.

Casey joined BGW in 2004 as a drafter and in July 2021 he passed the Architect Registration Exam (ARE), becoming BGW’s newest licensed architect. He has an Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting from Ogden Weber Applied Tech College. His experience working on a wide range of projects and his drive to learn, coupled with a knack for computers, has led to him wearing several hats at BGW.
Casey coordinates our architectural designs with consulting engineers. As CAD Manager, he keeps the staff up to date on the latest BIM software, technology, and drafting standards, and also provides training for other drafters and architects. In addition, Casey provides IT Support to the BGW office and helps keep everything running as smoothly as possible.
In his hours away from work his passions include photography, videography, and travel. He has been married since 2002 and has 3 kids, with whom he enjoys going on adventures.

Brad joined BGW in 2016, after earning his Masters Degree in Architecture from Judson University in Elgin, IL. He specializes in the production of construction documents and the management of projects throughout the permitting and construction stages. Brad’s passion is in finding creative ways of producing fun and unique spaces and well-functioning architectural details that serve the specific needs of the church. He has 10 years of experience in the field and became a licensed architect in 2017.
Brad grew up in the Chicagoland area and was fascinated with architecture from an early age. He previously worked for an architecture firm in Chicago that specialized in residential, light commercial, and restaurant design. He has a heart for orphans and disadvantaged people and he has worked (and continues to work) for non-profit organizations focused on ministering to these groups. Brad enjoys playing and watching sports and enjoying all of the outdoor recreation Utah has to offer with his wife Mary and their three children.

Kathryn joined BGW in 2015 after earning her Master’s Degree in Architecture from Judson University in Elgin, IL. As a member of the Final Design Team, she specializes in design development, interior renderings, coordination of interior design and interior finishes, construction document development and project coordination.
Kathryn grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Utah after graduating college. An avid snow skier and hiker, Kathryn is also an experienced Irish Dancer and a big fan of her hometown Chicago Blackhawks.

Meghan joined the BGW team in 2025 after graduating from SUNY Alfred State College of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture and an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design. As part of the Construction Documents Team, Meghan spends time developing architectural models with plans, sections, elevations, etc. In her free time, you can find Meghan either with family, outside enjoying God’s Creation or playing piano and singing on the worship team at her church.

Malia joined the BGW team in 2025 after earning her degree in Architecture from the University of New Mexico. Her work focuses on architectural modeling, drafting, and rendering, with an emphasis on thoughtful design and clear visual communication. Malia’s passion for architecture is rooted in a belief that the built environment can serve people with dignity, purpose, and care. She has worked on community-focused projects and hopes to continue growing toward licensure while using architecture as a means to serve others. In her free time, Malia enjoys reading and spending time with her son.

Noe joined BGW in early 2025 and completed his final semester in the Architectural Design Program at Weber State University in the Spring of 2026. As part of the BGW Final Design Team, Noe is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings for our church and school projects, transforming the concepts, sketches, and specifications of architects and engineers into precise, usable construction documents. He works in 2D and 3D to specify dimensions, materials, and procedures, ensuring all designs comply with building codes and regulations. Noe is huge football and basketball fan and cheers for the Los Angeles Chargers and New York Knicks. When not working or busy with school, he enjoys playing golf, watching movies and occasionally reading.

Joel joined BGW in 2005 after earning his Associates Degree in Architectural Technology from Spokane Community College. He specializes in creating building models at the earliest stages of the construction documents phase. Coordinating our architectural designs with consulting engineers, Joel’s role is in translating design information and specifications from engineers into schematics and technical drawings for HVAC and plumbing systems. Joel has worked on ministry projects all across the country during his time at BGW, giving him a wealth of knowledge and expertise on BGW’s unique approach to these building systems.

Roger joined BGW in 2018, having previously served as a Procurement Supervisor and a journeyman machinist assigned to Air Force airframes such as the F-22, F-35, A-10, F-16, and C-130.This background provided a wealth of experience in manufacturing and engineering processes.
As a Project Coordinator for BGW, Roger is responsible for processing and tracking product submittals and RFI’s, assisting the Lead Architect / Project Manager. He previously served as a Project Manager for Cornerstone Building Supply from 2018 – 2023, where he was responsible for lighting and lighting control packages for many BGW projects. Roger enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters. He has been a musician for 45 years and enjoys using his talents as a bass player at his local church on the worship team and for special events.

JJ joined BGW in 2017 as part of the Final Design / Construction Documents Team. His specialty is in creating 2D and 3D architectural models and detailing specific spaces in the building. He develops elevations, sections and plan details such as annotations, dimensions and finishes. In his free time, you can find JJ producing electronic music with his synthesizers, bouldering in the foothills of the Wasatch Front, or hanging out with his friends.
“My favorite part of my job is knowing that my work matters for God’s kingdom; that even in my cubicle I am somehow a part of the greater mission and calling – that once these buildings are completed, people will be coming together to seek and savor God in community, learning, and worship. She has been married since 2018 and has a child. She loves hiking, paddle boarding, reading, traveling, but most of all spending time with her family. Ian received his certification in Architectural Design from the Ogden-Weber Technical College. His goal is to continue to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Architecture at the University of Utah and then a Masters Degree at the University of Michigan. He enjoys working as a team with the BGW staff members that he practically grew up around. In his free time, Ian enjoys doing Sketch-Up and expanding his knowledge within the architectural world. He has a passion for anything in the coding realm, including python, javascript, and Xcode and he also loves gourmet cooking and stunt kite flying.
