Office building conversion into Worship Space, Classrooms, Nursery, Offices, Lobby
Project Completion Date
Calvary Community Church of Brea, California converted an existing 40,000 SF office building into a multi-use church facility and added an additional 9,000 sf on the first floor and 3,000 sf on the second floor. This spacious, two-story building includes a large worship center, adult and children’s classrooms, nursery, church offices, open foyer and gathering area. Work by BGW Builder Erickson-Hall also included interior demolition and relocating existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing components. A new audio / video / lighting system and fixed theater style seating was also installed in the worship space.
“Partnering with Erickson-Hall and BGW was a blessing to us as we navigated the renovation of our new building. Your entire team and the process were instrumental in making this process as pleasant and efficient as we could have hoped for. We look forward, Lord willing, to working with you again when we begin our Phase 2 renovations.” – Senior Pastor Dave Tebay, Calvary Community Church of Brea
