Remodel / Repurpose – 14,600 SF conversion of industrial building
Located in northwest Modesto, CA, Wellspring Anglican Church sits in the heart of the city’s retail district. This beautifully remodeled 14,600 square foot building, formerly an agricultural testing laboratory, covers 2.4 acres and has a large, 140-space parking lot, situated directly behind Home Depot.
The new 250-seat sanctuary features a beautiful raised performance platform with movable, back panel walls and an multi-media booth equipped with high-tech A/V/L equipment for specialized stage lighting, superior acoustics, and video production. Wellspring placed an emphasis on family-friendly design and reaching the next generation. The new building houses a youth center, fellowship hall, and fully-furnished classrooms. The spacious lobby has vaulted ceilings, a modern interior and plenty of gathering room. The exterior is stucco with brick accents.
