Watermark Classical Academy
Sewickley, PA
23,306 SF Two-Story K-8 Education Building
For the past seven years, Watermark Classical Academy has grown from humble beginnings as St. Stephen’s Classical Academy (located on that church’s campus) into a full-fledged school community with its own dedicated campus, from which it is about to grow right out of. The school’s grade expansion and rapid growth had required the use of space at nearby St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, and the placement of modular classrooms on the St. Andrew’s property. Currently under construction, this project involves the construction of a new school building on land in Ohio Township, part of the campus of Christ Church at Grove Farm. The new facility will have a planned capacity of 288 students from Kindergarten through 8th Grade and will include ample classrooms as well as a library, administrative offices, reception lobby, lounge and resource and supply rooms.
