BGW provided master planning as well as designs for the independent living neighborhood in the Liberty Ridge Senior Living Community. It is one of the only communities in Lexington, Kentucky that offers front-porch living. The neighborhood is designed for seniors over the age of 60 who want to experience retirement in a residential setting. Each 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including washer and dryer, a finished garage, vaulted ceilings, fully landscaped yards, and an all-season sunroom.
