Curtis Clark

Generosity Strategist
Curtis Clark spent over 30 years in senior leadership in the local church. He knows first-hand the joy and the challenges of leading a church through transitions to achieve a God-given vision. He also knows that often church leadership needs others who have walked through similar times to come alongside them to be a guide and craft a compelling process that allows them to fund that vision.
Curtis recognizes that every church culture is unique and needs to craft a generosity strategy that fits its individual experience. He works with each church to understand that uniqueness and incorporate that into best practices of growing generosity, mapping out a plan from inception to completion. Having spent so many years in local church leadership, Curtis’ primary goal is not just to raise money, but to help churches disciple their congregation in generosity so they lead generous lives.
Curtis earned a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Curtis and his wife live in Florida where they enjoy saltwater fishing and spending time with their two adult children, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson. Curtis also enjoys gardening and maintaining a small fruit orchard.

Alan Wildes

Vice President
Alan views his role as a generosity coach to be one that empowers. He brings the knowledge, experience, listening and motivational skills needed to help others realize their goals. In the last fifteen years alone, he has led over 125 successful church generosity initiatives, applying his unique skills and insights as a layperson and coach to the training of God’s real life stewards.
Excited by his work in growing churches, Alan’s own faith and commitment is bolstered by the Generis approach to fundraising as a spiritual quest. Personal relationships are forged quickly, he says, due to the amount of time and energy he spends with each congregation he serves. In fact, Alan’s success and devotion have been heartily reciprocated by his clients, who have engaged him to lead subsequent fundraising campaigns. His clients praise his methods of motivating others to see stewardship as an inspiring ‘whole life’ challenge and not a short-term monetary obligation.
A social studies teacher and baseball coach for eight years prior to becoming a full-time fundraising consultant, Alan earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and his Master of Science in Education from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro.
Alan and Pam met at UNCP and have been married for over 25 years. He has a son, Jackson, and a daughter, Anabelle. Alan and his family attend Northbrook UMC in Roswell, GA. Alan enjoys all things baseball.
