Building God's Way and Hammen Contracting partnered with Church of Philippi, a Korean-American congregation, to construct a new facility in Hanover, Maryland. The new church building includes a 750 seat sanctuary, complete with a digital A/V system and theatrical lighting that can be easily expanded to 1,000 seats as their congregation grows over the next several years.

An additional expansion of 40,000 SF of classrooms and administrative spaces is planned for the future and was factored into the original design. This building also contains many classrooms, a small chapel, multiple youth areas, a larger multi-purpose space for worship, youth activities, and congregational fellowship and is served by a full kitchen.
