The construction of BGW projects is delivered through a nationwide network of builder partners who have a unique understanding of faith-based projects and a heart for helping ministries be the best possible stewards of God’s resources. These builders have a reputation and a track record for constructing top quality buildings at affordable prices.

CCG Construction

The exclusive BGW Builder for the state of Texas is CCG Construction, a subsidiary of S&B Construction, a recognized leader in church construction that has completed a wide range of projects in 20 different states throughout the South & Midwest regions. S&B was founded in 1972 and launched its ministry projects division in 1996. Since that time, the company has been blessed to work with over 70 ministries. President William Cooper and his team truly view their company as a ministry and they leverage their expertise in the construction industry to be a blessing to churches and Christian schools.

The Director of Business Development for the North / Central region of Texas is Ken Lee.  Ken has more than 40 years of experience in construction and 10+ years experience working with Building God’s Way. He has personally overseen the construction of nearly 30 ministry based projects (including churches and Christian schools) and currently is managing multiple projects in the design / development stages.

The Trinity Partnership

Through a unique delivery model we call the Trinity Partnership, BGW Architects and CCG Construction are aligned from the very earliest stages of design and take a team approach to exploring the best ways to reduce costs for the ministry. At the beginning of every project, all three parties agree that God will be at the center of the relationship, an approach that transforms the job site and leads to significant reductions in conflict, scheduling delays, and change orders.
