Mike joined the BGW team in Aug 2001. He oversees the daily operations of the network of BGW services.

Derek directs the organization's overall strategic direction, focusing on new opportunities for expansion, innovation and partnership, while maintaining focus on the mission and legacy of BGW.

David has a master's degree from Judson University and works with the preliminary design team to help ministries cast the vision for the future through plans, renderings and animation.

A licensed architect with a master's degree from Judson University, David works with ministry leaders from the earliest stages to cast the vision through architectural drawings.

DAVID TYSON

A designer with a master's degree from Judson University, Austin specializes in site planning, floor plan development, renderings, animation and aesthetic articulation.

As the team lead for the construction documents phase, Josh oversees a staff of project managers, drafters and engineers through final design, permitting and construction administration.

A licensed architect with a Master of Architecture degree from Judson University, John has been with BGW since 2005 and now serves as a designer & project architect.

JOHN WETENDORF

Casey operates BIM software and ArchiCAD to create working drawings and renderings. He also provides IT support for the BGW staff.

CASEY GRIMLEY

Stacia has a bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Utah State University and 16 years of experience in commercial and residential interior design. She works with the final design team to specify interior details throughout the design process.

Ned is a licensed architect with a master's degree from the University of Utah. In addition to overseeing construction documents & admin, Ned also designs 3D models and floor plans.

NED WRIGHT

As a staff member since 1997, Adrian is a key member of the final design team. He coordinates the development of construction drawings and manages projects through completion.

Zak is a valuable drafter for the construction docs team. He also models, details and cleans up plans for large and small facilities.

JJ specializes in 2D and 3D drafting; organizing, correcting, and detailing designs to match coding regulations and prepare clean construction documentation.

A licensed architect with a master's degree from the University of Utah, Cynthia manages the development of construction documents and on-site administration.

CYNTHIA ARGYLE

Brad is a licensed architect with a graduate degree in Architecture from Judson University and prior design experience helping design church-orphan homes in developing countries. Brad is currently a part of the Phase 3 team helping to assemble working drawings.

With more than 35 years experience in construction management and administration, Mark oversees the implementation of architectural specifications on BGW job sites.

Kathryn works with the Final Design team to develop construction documents. She earned her B.A.A.S. and Master of Architecture degrees at Judson University in Elgin, IL.

KATHRYN HUSAR

John is a registered engineer with more than 40 years experience. He oversees all HVAC and plumbing design for BGW projects.

Brian is an integral part of the BGW Supply Department. With a broad background in retail sales, Brian works closely with our vendors to facilitate factory-direct pricing and sales.

As a former Project Rep on a BGW church/school project in Indiana, John understands the value vendor relationships can provide a ministry. He has a passion for church service and loves helping ministries save money with furnishings and finishings from BGW Supply.

As the National Program Manager since 2002, Scott coordinates the broad network of BGW resources to meet ministry needs.
