Ministry
Building God's Way was founded on the Biblical principles of ministry, outreach and relationships. From our exclusive BGW Missions program and organizational structure for your building campaign teams to the unique trinity partnership approach and the jobsite Ministry of Construction – we support your church to have a spiritual impact during your building project.

Building Project as OutreachWe believe God has a vision for ministry growth during your building process. We too often see Christian organizations putting aside plans for ministry growth and community outreach because of a renovation or building project. We encourage each of our clients to begin today – don't wait for the dedication of the new building to further grow His kingdom! In the earliest phases of architectural planning, we start by understanding the ministry vision of your church or school. Do you care for the elderly in your community, plan youth programs, host community events? These ministry programs are examples of ways you currently impact your community. The mission of Building God's Way is to translate this ministry vision into a facility that allows for growth and future expansion, while keeping costs low. But keep in mind that each experience along the road to construction is an opportunity to expand your ministry in a new way. A building campaign is a long process, one that takes the church out of its normal circles of fellowship and into “the world.” As you share the vision with your future neighbors, seek donations within the community, work with subcontractors, meet with city planners and prepare your membership for building—you have unique opportunities to touch people's lives. People who were previously not connected to your ministry now know who you are. They know your organization in an intimate way because they've been a part of the building process. They have accepted the invitation to support you through funding or prayer, to attend services/events, or even to know the Lord. Members and students who follow the Lord's leading throughout the building project also strengthen their spiritual walk. The community outreach, jobsite ministry, prayer campaign and team structure all provide ways for your constituents to become emotionally invested in the building program. The Ministry of Construction will change the spiritual lives of those involved. Our Passion for MinistryWe're passionate about supporting our clients to honor God throughout the process, to implement ministry efforts on the jobsite, to follow His leading for your building project and to consider how God would have you bless others while He is blessing you.
