Escondido SDA Church & Adventist Academy (CA) With a cost of $117/SF, Escondido Christian Academy was able to save 31% on building costs. With over $3,500,000 in savings over area market costs, major site work also included a football field.
With a cost of $157/SF, Fellowship in the Pass Church was able to save 16% on building costs. That translates into over $600,000 in savings over area market costs. This beautiful new facility in Beaumont stays busy with ministries for every age group, and activities that include friendship breakfasts, craft fairs, book clubs, etc.
This beautiful facility in Walnut Creek consists of a sanctuary, kitchen, offices, classrooms and a fireplace in the conference room. The classrooms will also be used for the K-8 academy that the church operates. With a cost of $154/SF NorthCreek was able to save 31% over area market costs. Using the BGW integrated process meant savings of over $3,500,000!
This Christian High school in Modesto, California is truly state of the art. Designed with a gym surrounded by classrooms, and offices, it functions very well. Modern, spacious, well lit and cost efficient, it went far in the administators goal of giving the best in education at a reasonable cost. |
