Our Company

S&B Construction opened its doors for business as a general contractor in 1972. Established as the construction arm of a prominent Indiana real estate development company, The Skinner & Broadbent Construction Company forged ahead with a niche in local retail construction projects. Over the years, the company has applied its unique expertise and extensive construction experience to millions of square feet of new construction and completed renovation work.
